Adding a Report

The ekmResponse facility allows you to view various reports so you can see the peroformance of your newsletters and how effective it is. To view a report, click on the "Overview" option in the left-hand menu and then click "Dashboard". You will then see the following page:

Clicking the "Add Report" button will then display the available reports that can be generated should the information be available:

When you have sufficient data to populate reports, you will see something like this:

You can close each report by clicking the small cross in the upper right corner of each segment if you do not wish to view it. Below are each individual report that you can view:

Recently Sent:

This report provides the names of the campaigns that were most recently sent. Each campaign illustrated here will display general time/date statistics and its overall effectiveness figures such as how many people it was sent to and how many people read it. This report updates approx every 30 seconds so you will often see numbers updating whilst looking at the report.

Recently Created:

This report simply displays the names of the most recent five created campaigns.

Sent Campaigns Chart:

The chart you see in this report illustrates how many people the campaign was sent to, and how many people read it. This will also display the most recent five campaigns, with the name of the campaign displayed at the bottom and the amount of users it was sent to illustrated up the left. The blue bar in the chart is the total users it was sent to, with the bronze coloured chart the amount of users that read the newsletter.

Unsubscribe Chart:

This chart shows you all the users that have unsubscribed from recieving your newsletters over recent months. This across all campaigns rather than from one newsletter in particular; as once a user unsubscribes they will be removed from your ekmResponse facility and will be prevented from being re-added meaning no further newsletters can be sent to them.

Unsubscribe Statistics:

This report simply shows you how many current total contacts you have against how many total unsubscription requests have been made since you first started sending newsletters via the ekmResponse facility.
