The video below will show you how to delete a contact group and what becomes of the users within that group.
One of two things can happen; they can either be deleted completely, or stored temporarily in the ungrouped contacts group.

In order to delete a contact group, you need to log into your ekmResponse account, click on My Contacts in the left hand menu and then click into the contact group you wish to delete:
Once you are within the contact group, you will see a delete button over on the right, in the table which displays the name of the contact group and the amount of contacts within it:
Clicking the delete button will then display a dropdown option box where you can either delete the group and the contacts, or just the group with the contacts being moved into the ungrouped contact list.
